Strength & Conditioning
In addition to its role as the College’s fitness facility, the center is also used for training all 10 Division II varsity athletic teams. The spacious weight room is highlighted by Hammer Strength combination racks that feature elevated platforms for a level surface, providing a safe workout environment for athletes in training. The facility also houses an elaborate and loud sound system to help motivate athletes during training.
The facility as well as the entire strength program is overseen by the Manager and Head Strength & Conditioning Coach, JD Tom.
