Sam Golubov Added to Mercy College Baseball Staff

Mercy College Director of Athletics Patricia Kennedy had announced that Sam Golubov has been added as an assistant coach for the baseball program. He will serve under second-year head coach Bob Greiner, and will work primarily with the infielders and with recruiting.

Golubov was a four year starter at shortstop for Concordia (N.Y.) College. As a junior, he earned All-NYCAC honors, and was selected as a team captain for his senior year.

A native of Cortland Manor N.Y., he was a member of the varsity baseball team at Lakeland High School. He is single and resides in Peekskill, N.Y.
