DOBBS FERRY, NY Despite missing the NCAA Division II Tournament, the Mercy College mens tennis program tested its grit and came out a better team in the end. The Mavericks battled with four teams ranked in the top 15 and have learned a lot as a result.

SMITHFIELD, RI The Mercy College mens tennis team was edged by host Bryant University 5-4 on Sunday. The Mavericks and Bulldogs entered the match tied for No. 45 in the latest Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) national rankings.

MILLERSVILLE, PA Mercy College posted a 6-3 victory over host Millersville in a non-conference mens tennis match on Wednesday. The Mavericks, tied for No. 45 in the nation, improved to 4-5 on the year. The Marauders dropped to 1-7 overall.
