DOBBS FERRY, NY – Despite missing the NCAA Division II Tournament, the Mercy College men’s tennis program tested its grit and came out a better team in the end. The Mavericks battled with four teams ranked in the top 15 and have learned a lot as a result.

SMITHFIELD, RI – The Mercy College men’s tennis team was edged by host Bryant University 5-4 on Sunday. The Mavericks and Bulldogs entered the match tied for No. 45 in the latest Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) national rankings.
April 16, 2008 No. 45 Mercy College Men’s Tennis Takes Millersville 6-3
MILLERSVILLE, PA – Mercy College posted a 6-3 victory over host Millersville in a non-conference men’s tennis match on Wednesday. The Mavericks, tied for No. 45 in the nation, improved to 4-5 on the year. The Marauders dropped to 1-7 overall.
