Stanavich had a strong month of December for the Mavericks, averaging a team-high 16.2 points per game with 7.0 rebounds, 1.8 steals and 1.6 assists per game on 43.4 percent shooting in five games. The one-time ECC Honor Roll recipient during the month opened the month with 16 points on 6-of-10 shooting and seven rebounds at St. Thomas Aquinas on December 2nd. The forward followed that up with 11 points and three steals in the Mavericks win over Staten Island on December 6th. Stanavich added 18 points and 11 rebounds at UDC on December 9th and contributed 11 points and five rebounds at Saint Leo on December 15th. Stanavich ended the month with a career-high 25 points on 10-of-22 shooting to go along with 10 rebounds, three assists and three steals against Columbus State on December 16th.
