Freshman Tayla Gardner (Orangeburg, N.Y./Tappan Zee) earned her fifth win of the season, allowing just two earned runs.

In the night cap, STAC pushed across a run in the bottom of the eighth inning for the win. Mercy managed just four hits in the game. Freshman Mary Sieber (Massapequa, N.Y./Massapequa) was the hard-luck loser, allowing just the one run over 7.2 innings.
