Box Score DOBBS FERRY, N.Y. (Nov. 28, 2012) - On Wednesday evening, the Mercy College men's basketball team hosted Goldey-Beacom College at the Mercy Gymnasium in Dobbs Ferry, N.Y. Halfway through the second half, the score still remained within three points. The Lightning, with 10:21 left, were able to reel off eight unanswered points to grab a 65-57 advantage.
Pope nailed a jumper with 1:18 remaining to cut the Mavericks' deficit to 77-73. However, it wasn't enough as the Lightning converted on all six free throws in the ensuing time.
