Shannon Forbes Tabbed to ECC Player of the Week Honor Roll

Box Score 2 CENTRAL ISLIP, N.Y. (Mar. 26, 2013) - On Monday evening, the East Coast Conference office issued its weekly softball awards and Mercy College sophomore Shannon Forbes (Nesconset, N.Y.) was named to the Player of the Week Honor Roll.
Forbes batted .368 (7-for-19) this week. She drove in a run and scored three times. The Nesconset native notched three doubles.
Forbes and her teammates return to action on Tuesday when they host St. Thomas Aquinas at 3:00 p.m. for a doubleheader.
