Molloy was led by Shannon Murphy who scored the visitors lone goal of the day, while goalkeeper Kelsey Dittmeier made five saves in a losing effort.

The Mavericks got off to a strong start in their final tune-up for the postseason as DeLeon put Mercy on the board with a goal in the 15th minute off a free kick from 25 yards out that put them up 1-0.

Mercy continued to apply pressure to the Lions backline as Dittmeier was forced to make three saves in the period.
