Copeland Earns ECC Women's Basketball Honor Roll Recognition
CENTRAL ISLIP, N.Y. (Dec. 21, 2015) – Mercy College women's basketball senior Erin Copeland (Kansas City, Kan./Univ. of Illinois-Springfield) has been named to the East Coast Conference (ECC) women's basketball weekly Honor Roll for Week Six.

Copeland finished with her best game of the season against NYIT on Saturday, scoring a game-high 19 points on 7-of-13 (53.8 percent) shooting. The senior went 4-of- 6 from downtown and added five rebounds and four assists in 34 minutes of action.
Copeland receives accolades from the ECC for the first time this season and the weekly honor is the sixth earned by a Maverick this season.
Head Coach Rashidi Aikens and the Mavericks resume play on Monday, January 4th at 5:30 p.m. with a matchup on the road against Nyack.
