Couillard had a monster week at the dish for the Mavericks, batting an impressive .655 (19-for-29) with three home runs, 13 RBI and nine runs scored to help Mercy pick up three league wins on the week. The senior recorded multiple hits in seven of the nine games and finished with at least one hit in eight of the nine games played. Couillard concluded the week with a dazzling .677 on base percentage and a 1.000 slugging percentage.

"Jackie Couillard is a skilled player who has a tremendous knowledge of the game and when on the field is like having another coach on the field," said Head Coach Mike Fazio.

This is her third accolade of the week, as she was named ECC Player of the Week on Monday and ECAC Division II Player of the Week on Tuesday.

Head Coach Mike Fazio and the Mavericks will return to action tomorrow, Apr. 9th, as they will host the Lightning of Goldey-Beacom University in a doubleheader beginning at 2:30 p.m.
