The second half saw Ballin record her shot on goal in the 38th minute, but Bowie recorded the save to keep the game at 0-0. Pettit made three more saves before the hosts finally got on the board in the 45th minute to make it 1-0. White finished off a loose ball following a feed that was sent into the circle and broken up by the defense.

Pettit came up with two more saves in the frame before Dusha scored her first goal of the game in the 49th minute, on a penalty stroke, to make it 2-0. Just over a minute later Saint Michael's made it 3-0 when Dusha received a cross from Carolyn Avery and tipped the ball high over the keeper from the center.
