Nalbone Named ECC Baseball Pitcher of the Week
Box Score CENTRAL ISLIP, N.Y. (Apr. 17, 2017) – Mercy College baseball senior Matt Nalbone (Islip, N.Y./Islip) has been named the East Coast Conference (ECC) Baseball Pitcher of the Week for Week Nine.

Nalbone tossed a four-hit shutout to earn the win at Molloy on Friday. The senior went the distance with seven strikeouts to earn his third win of the season.
The award is the first earned by Nalbone this season and is the 13th award earned by a Maverick this season.
Head Coach Chris Schoen and the Mavericks resume action on Wednesday, April 19th when they play at Felician at 7 p.m.
