Scouting the Mavericks
Mercy enters Saturday's game on a two-game winning streak and is coming off a 7-0 victory over Chestnut Hill on Tuesday. The Mavericks are off to their best start since 1989 and are a perfect 6-0 at Mercy Field this year. Mercy is led by senior Santiago Corral who has a team-high 17 points on a team-high seven goals with three assists. Senior Ignacio Mangada is second on the team with 16 points on five goals and a team-high-tying six assists. Senior Maximiliano Rebolledo-Camus has 11 points on four goals and three assists and senior Gaston Rozenblum has a team-high-tying six assists. Junior Joel Serrano is 7-1-1 in goal with 14 saves and a 0.68 goals against average.
Scouting the Dolphins
Staten Island has won five of their last six games, but is coming off a 6-0 loss to No. 19 Wilmington on Wednesday. The Dolphins are led by Philip Lefkowitz who has a team-high 13 points on a team-high five goals and three assists. Jahmali Peterson has four goals and an assist on the year and Carlos Montesinos has three goals, an assist and two game-winning goals. Jake Foeldes is 3-3-1 in goal with 20 saves and a .606 save percentage. Christian Carucci is 2-1 in goal with 14 saves and a .636 save percentage in five appearances.
