Scouting the Mavericks

Mercy is on a four-game winning streak and is coming off a 3-0 victory over St. Thomas Aquinas on Wednesday. The Mavericks have been led by junior Kaitlyn Denning who has a team-high five goals. Senior Trista Seara has a team-high-tying ten points on four goals and two assists with a team-high three game-winning goals. Graduate student RaeAnn Ioannou has three goals and an assist and senior Natalia Elizarraras has two goals and an assist. Senior Jess Brandt has a team-high three assists and junior Melissa Torres is 9-2 in goal with 32 saves and a .821 save percentage in 11 starts.

Scouting the Bears

New York Tech has won three of their last four games and is coming off a 2-1 victory at Roberts Wesleyan on Wednesday. The Bears have been led by Casey Luongo who leads the team with ten points and five goals. Hannah Franco has four goals and an assist and Kayla Multer has two goals with one game-winning goal. Nicole Genis is 4-2-1 in goal with 30 saves, a .667 save percentage and 1.47 goals against average in ten starts.
