Scouting the Mavericks
Mercy has won four of their last five games and is coming off a 2-1 overtime loss to New York Tech on Saturday. The Mavericks are a perfect 8-0 at Mercy Field and have been led by senior Ignacio Mangada who has a team-high 18 points on six goals and six assists. Senior Santiago Corral has a team-high seven goals and is second on the team with 17 points. Senior Gaston Rozenblum has an ECC-best eight assists and senior Maximiliano Rebolledo-Camus is third on the team with 11 points on four goals and three assists. AIC is 3-1-1 in their last five games and is coming off a 2-1 victory over Stonehill on Friday. The Yellow Jackets are 1-3-1 away from home and are led by Connor Hicks who has a team-high 16 points on a team-high six goals and four assists. Josip Validzic is second on the team with nine points on three goals and three assists and Felipe Novelini is third on the team with eight points by way of three goals and two assists. Ben Taylor is 5-4-1 in goal with 39 saves, a .709 save percentage and 1.62 goals against average.
