Scouting the Mavericks
Mercy is 4-1-1 in their last six games and is coming off a 0-0 tie against AIC on Tuesday. The Mavericks are led by senior Ignacio Mangada who has a team-high 18 points on six goals and six assists. Senior Santiago Corral is second on the team with 17 points on a team-high seven goals with three assists. The Purple Knights are 5-2 at home this season and are led by Leandro Avila who has a team-high 17 points on seven goals and three assists with five game-winning goals. Yoel Salvador and Nikolai Vadseth both have ten points on the year with four goals and two assist apiece. Carlos Tofern is 6-3-1 in goal with four shutouts with 37 saves and a .804 save percentage.
