Scouting the Mavericks
Mercy is 4-0-2 in their last six games and is coming off a 2-2 tie at Bridgeport on Saturday. The Mavericks were led by senior Natalia Elizarraras and sophomore Claudia McKail who both scored and by junior Melissa Torres who made seven saves. All three were named to the ECC Honor Roll this week and Mercy has been led by junior Kaitlyn Denning who has a team-high 13 points on a team-high six goals and one assist. Senior Trista Seara is second on the team with ten points on four goals and two assists and Elizarraras and graduate student RaeAnn Ioannou have three goals and one assist. Torres is 9-2-2 in goal with six shutouts, 46 saves and a .821 save percentage in 13 starts.
Scouting the Dolphins
Le Moyne has lost seven games in a row and is coming off a 1-0 loss against Bentley on Saturday. The Dolphins are led by Elizabeth Maguire who has a team-high three goals on the year. Maddison Vine is tied for the team lead with six points on two goals and two assists and Hannah Brown-Trice has two goals. Shannon Bennison has started all 14 games in goal and is 1-11-1 with 79 saves and a .725 save percentage.
