DOBBS FERRY, N.Y. (Nov. 11, 2019) – The Mercy College volleyball resumes action on Tuesday, November 12th when they host Bloomfield for Senior Night. The Mavericks will then conclude the regular season on Saturday, November 16th at Queens.

Scouting the Mavericks
Mercy is currently in a tie for the No. 3 seed in next week's ECC Tournament. The Mavericks are coming off a four-set loss to Molloy on Tuesday and have secured their first ECC Tournament berth since 2008. Mercy is led by senior Imani DeBose who has an ECC-best 342 kills and 3.42 kills per set. Sophomore Loreto Nunez Casal is second on the team with 254 kills and junior Natalia Garcia has a team-high 868 assists with 138 kills and 294 digs. Junior Adriana Lopez-Soto is second in the ECC with 417 digs and is fourth with 4.05 digs per set.
Scouting the Bears
Bloomfield is coming off a Senior Day loss to Jefferson on Saturday in five sets. The Bears are led by Danielle Quintanar who has a team-high 259 kills with 31 aces. Jandra Fabian is second on the team with 222 kills and has 34 aces. Junelly Marrero leads the team with 447 digs and 4.97 digs per set and Juliette Tygret has a team-high 845 assists with 33 aces and 37 kills.
Scouting the Knights
Queens enters Saturday's match on a five-match losing streak and are coming off a 3-0 loss at Molloy on Thursday. The Knights have been led by Lauren Kehoe who has a team-high 108 kills and Dee-Ana Mitchell is second on the team with 100 kills. Alisha Matthews has a team-high 363 assists and Kehoe and Mitchell both have a team-high 121 digs.
Next Match
Mercy will travel to Molloy for an ECC Tournament Semifinal matchup on November 22nd against an opponent to be announced.
