Scouting the Mavericks
Mercy enters Sunday's game on a three-game winning streak and is coming off a 1-0 victory over Goldey-Beacom on Thursday. The Mavericks need a win over Lincoln in order to earn the No. 2 seed in next week's ECC Tournament. Mercy has been led by junior Kaitlyn Denning who has a team-high 13 points on six goals and one assist. Senior Trista Seara is second on the team with ten points on four goals and two assists with a team-high three game-winning goals. Senior Natalia Elizarraras is third on the team with nine points on three goals and three assists and sophomore Sydney Cooper leads the defense with two goals and two assists. Junior Melissa Torres is 12-2-2 in goal with 52 saves and a .839 save percentage.
Scouting the Lions
Lincoln enters Sunday's game on a seven-game losing streak and is coming off a 7-0 loss at Daemen on Saturday. The Lions are led by Kenya Davis who has a team-high 14 points on seven goals. Tamara Evans is second on the team with nine points on two goals and five assists. Lena Rodriguez is 1-13 in goal with 219 saves in 14 starts.
