Scouting the Mavericks
Mercy has won two games in a row over American International and Adelphi entering Sunday's matchup. The Mavericks have been led by graduate student RaeAnn Ioannou and senior Natalia Elizarraras who both have a team-high two goals on the year. Elizarraras was named to the ECC Honor Roll this week and senior Trista Seara scored the game-winning goal in Mercy's win over Adelphi on Wednesday. Junior goalkeeper Melissa Torres is 2-1 in goal with a .762 save percentage and 16 saves in three starts.
Scouting the Wildcats
Wilmington opened their season with a 3-2 win over New York Tech before dropping a 2-0 decision to Adelphi. The Wildcats have been led by redshirt junior Jessica Unsihuay who has a team-high two goals. Sophomore Cassidy McErlain also has a goal and an assist and redshirt sophomore Emily Camp has started both games in goal with a .765 save percentage and 13 saves.
