COLONIA, N.J. (Nov. 18, 2024) – Mercy University women's basketball sophomore Amani Abuhatab (West Haven, Conn./West Haven) and senior Jaclyn Stanavich (Amsterdam, N.Y./Amsterdam) have been named to the East Coast Conference (ECC) Women's Basketball Honor Roll for Week Two.
Abuhatab had a career-high and team-high 16 points on 7-of-11 shooting with two rebounds and one steal against Pace on Sunday.
Stanavich had 15 points, six rebounds, six steals and one assist against Pace on Sunday.
The award is the first for Abuhatab this season and the second for Stanavich. Mercy has now earned four awards on the year.
Head Coach Scott Lagas and the Mavericks resume action on Wednesday when they host Dominican at 5 p.m.
