COLONIA, N.J. – Mercy University Men's Soccer senior Jacob Darwesh Lund-Iversen (Oslo, Norway/Maryville University/Pima CC) has been named the East Coast Conference (ECC) Men's Soccer Offensive Player of the Week for the second time this season and senior John Hollis (Bradford, England/West Virginia Wesleyan College) has been tabbed to the Honor Roll for Week Three.

Lund-Iversen had a team-high five goals and 10 points on the week as Mercy went 2-0 on the week. The senior scored all five of Mercy's goals on the week, recording a hat trick on four shots in Mercy's 3-2 win over West Chester on Wednesday. The forward then scored both goals on four shots in the Mavericks' 2-1 win at Southern Connecticut State on Sunday. Lund-Iversen currently has an ECC-best eight goals and 17 points on the year.

Hollis had a game-high and career-high three assists in Mercy's 3-2 win over West Chester on Wednesday. The senior recorded an assist on each of the Mavericks' goals in the win. Hollis now leads the ECC with four assists.

The award is the third for Lund-Iversen this season and the first for Hollis. Mercy has now earned seven awards on the year.

Head Coach Pedro Velazquez and the Mavericks resume action on Wednesday when they host AIC at 3:30 p.m.
