DOBBS FERRY, N.Y. – The Mercy University Men's Basketball Team has announced its 2026-27 regular season schedule. The Mavericks look to qualify for the ECC Championship for the second time in seven seasons, entering the season with 12 home games.
Head Coach Charles Marquardt and the Mavericks open their 2026-27 season on Tuesday, November 10th when they play at Pace. Mercy will then play at Holy Family on November 13th before facing Chestnut Hill at Holy Family on November 14th. The Mavericks conclude their season-opening five-game road trip playing at Felician (Nov. 18) and Caldwell (Nov. 21).
Mercy returns home for their home opener on November 24th, hosting East Stroudsburg. The Mavericks play at Division I Fordham in an Exhibition on November 25th before hosting Monroe on November 29th.
The Mavericks begin ECC play hosting Daemen (Dec. 3) and Roberts Wesleyan (Dec. 5). Mercy then plays three straight road games at Adelphi (Dec. 9), Southern Connecticut State (Dec. 12) and American International (Dec. 15).
Marquardt and Mercy end the 2026 portion of their schedule, hosting Dominican (Dec. 18) and Saint Michael's (Dec. 30). The Mavericks begin the New Year hosting D'Youville on January 7th before playing at Roberts Wesleyan (Jan. 14) and D'Youville (Jan. 16).
Mercy hosts Staten Island on January 21st before playing at Molloy (Jan. 23) and Queens (Jan. 28). The Mavericks end the month of January hosting St. Thomas Aquinas on January 30th.
The Mavericks start the month of February playing at District of Columbia (Feb. 4) and Staten Island (Feb. 6) before hosting Molloy on February 11th. Mercy then plays at St. Thomas Aquinas (Feb. 13) and Daemen (Feb. 20) before hosting Queens (Feb. 25) and District of Columbia (Feb. 27) in their final two games of the regular season.
The First Round of the ECC Championship will take place on March 3rd followed by the Semifinals on March 6th and the Final on March 7th. The higher seeds will host in the first round and the semifinals and final will be played at the highest seed.
