2016: Made 29 appearances with 76 at bats…Recorded 24 hits, 11 RBI, nine runs scored, six doubles, and one home run…Finished with a .316 batting average…Had 25 put outs…Had her best game of the year against Saint Rose on Mar. 29 when she blasted a walk-off-two-run home run in game one to earn the split for the day…Had five consecutive games where she recorded hits, three in a row with two hits.

2015: Made an appearance in 35 games with 34 starts… Hit .310 with 31 hits in 100 at bats… Ranked second on team with 17 RBI and eight doubles… Smacked two home runs and ended season with .450 slugging percentage… Finished second on team with 20 runs scored…Stole five bases on the year… Had best game of year against NYIT on April 8th, going a perfect 3-for-3 with a home run, six RBI, three runs scored and two doubles as Mercy earned split… Compiled nine-game hitting streak late in season, capped off by a 3-for-4 outing against NYIT on April 25th where she also drove in a run and scored a pair of runs.

Prior to Mercy: Was a two-time All-County selection at Baldwin High in 2012 and 2013... Named All-Conference in 2011. Played club ball for Frozen Ropes Long Island Gold out of Garden City, N.Y.

Personal: Born in Hoboken, N.J... daughter of Fe Martinez and Elpidio Ueno... majoring in health science with a minor in accounting.
