Named ECC Defensive Player of the Week (9/24)… Appeared in all 31 matches with six starts and 111 sets played… Recorded 470 digs, 52 assists, 16 aces and 26 kills… Led team in digs… Had double-digit digs in 23 matches… Had ten matches with 20 or more digs… Produced season-high 29 digs at NYIT on October 26th… Brought up 27 digs against Pace on September 30th and at Roberts Wesleyan on October 5th… Had season-high eight kills in season opener against Bloomfield on August 23rd… Had 24 digs in win over NYIT on September 29th.

Appeared in 31 matches with one start in 104 sets… Had ten kills, 27 assists and a team high 356 digs… Had season-high 21 digs against Georgian Court on 9/8… Had 18 digs in season opener against Caldwell on 9/1… Recorded 17 digs against Southern New Hampshire on 9/2… Finished with 17 digs against Pace on 9/9… Produced 17 digs against Saint Rose on 9/30… Netted 17 digs against Molloy on 10/31.

Prior to Mercy: Attended Monroe College... Recorded 877 digs at Monroe... Rookie of the Year for the 2015 season at Monroe... Won coaches award for the 2016 season while at Monroe... Was second captain for the Mustangs... Helped team go to the NJCAA Division I National Championship Tournament.

Personal: Born in Mayaguez, Puerto Rico... Daughter of Maritza Rosa and Heriberto Gonzalez... Has one brother, Heriberto Jr. (25)... Majoring in Health Science.
