Ringstad had a strong month in October, recording a team-high 18 points on seven goals and four assists in helping lead the Mavericks to their first-ever NE10 Championship appearance. The two-time NE10 Honor Roll recipient during the month had three game-winning goals during the month as Mercy went 5-4. The senior had the game-winning goal along with an assist in Mercy’s win at New Haven on October 10th and had an assist in the win at AIC on October 14th. Ringstad had a career-high three goals, including the game-winning goal in overtime, in Mercy’s 5-4 win over STAC on October 18th. The senior added a goal and an assist against Franklin Pierce and Saint Anselm before scoring the game-winning goal in Mercy’s Senior Day win over Southern Connecticut State on October 27th.
