Dewaal had a strong opening month of the season for the Mavericks, averaging a double-double by way of a team-high 19.3 points and 11.6 rebounds per game. The one-time ECC Honor Roll recipient during the month shot a team-high 57.8 percent from the floor and had five double-doubles in seven games. The forward opened the month with 22 points and nine rebounds in the season opener at Caldwell on November 10th. The senior followed that up with six points and 10 rebounds against Dominican on November 12th. Dewaal then netted a career-high 32 points on 15-of-18 shooting with 15 rebounds against Felician on November 13th. The forward then had 18 points and nine rebounds against Southern Connecticut State on November 15th before recording 18 points and a month-high 17 rebounds against Goldey-Beacom on November 18th. Dewaal ended the month with a pair of double-doubles against Post and Bridgeport on November 19th and 21st.
