Kuehner opened his 2024 season with a strong month of February, helping lead the Mavericks to a 4-0 record during the month and a top 10 national ranking. The senior went 79-of-120 (.658) on faceoffs with two goals and a team-high 37 ground balls in four games. The one-time USILA D2 Team of the Week selection during the month opened the season going 19-of-29 on faceoffs with 11 ground balls in Mercy’s season-opening win over Saint Rose on February 14th. Kuehner then went 23-of-31 with 11 ground balls in the Mavericks’ win over Assumption on February 17th. The two-time ECC Honor Roll recipient during the month went 20-of-28 on faceoffs with seven ground balls and a goal in Mercy’s win at No. 10 Bentley on February 23rd. The senior ended the month going 17-of-32 on faceoffs with eight ground balls and one goal in Mercy’s win over Georgian Court on February 27th.
