Brown had a strong opening month of the season in leading the Mavericks to a 3-3 start. The sophomore averaged an ECC-best 20.5 points per game with 9.2 rebounds per game on 45.6 percent shooting. The forward also dished out 2.8 assists per game and produced 1.2 steals per game after starting all six games. Brown recorded 20 or more points in the first four games and scored in double figures in all six games with three double-doubles. The sophomore opened the season with 21 points against Saint Michael’s on November 9th and followed that up with 22 points and 12 rebounds in the Mavericks win over Nyack on November 10th. Brown continued her hot start with 24 points and 13 rebounds at Concordia on November 14th and then scored a season-high 26 points on 11-of-17 shooting with seven rebounds in Mercy’s win over Georgian Court on November 20th. The three-time ECC Honor Roll recipient ended the month with a double-double by way of 16 points and ten rebounds in the win over Felician on November 28th.
