Schneid had a strong first month as a Maverick, leading the team in kills and digs as Mercy went 6-7 during the month of September. The junior had 155 kills and 155 digs during the month with 14 blocks and 19 aces. She was named to the ECC Honor Roll four times during the month and helped lead the Mavericks to their first 2-0 start in ECC play since 2005. Schneid had double-digit kills in 11 of the 13 matches and had eight matches with double-digit digs. She had seven double-doubles during the month and had a season-high 18 kills with 19 digs against Stonehill on September 28th. Schneid had a season-high 25 digs with 11 kills at Southern New Hampshire on September 14th. She opened her Mercy career with back-to-back 16 dig performances at Saint Rose and in the Mavericks win over Pace on September 3rd. The junior currently ranks third in the ECC in kills and is fourth in kills per set.
