The Mavericks (6-1-1, 3-1 ECC) have won two games in a row, while the Wildcats (4-6, 2-2 ECC) fall to .500 in ECC play.

Daemen was led by Pascal Kuhn and Nik Ringdahl Bohlin who scored. Philipp Schmidt made six saves to take the loss.
Mercy came out on the attack early forcing Schmidt to make two early saves. However, the Mavericks would get on the board in the 7th minute when Hawthorne fed Rebolledo-Camus a nice ball from midfield and the junior finished in the lower left corner to make it 1-0.
The Mavericks made it 2-0 in the 12th minute when Verjoni found the back of the net after Rozenblum sent a cross into the middle and Mangada fed it back to Verjoni.
Daemen inched closer with a goal in the 17th minute to make it 2-1 as Finn Krueger assisted on a Ringdahl Bohlin goal. Mercy held on for a 2-1 lead at halftime, holding a 10-2 edge in shots.
The Wildcats tied the game up in the 63rd minute when Kuhn scored on a shot from long distance after a Mercy turnover. The score remained 2-2 after regulation so the teams headed into overtime.
The Mavericks recorded a shot and two corner kicks before Rozenblum fired a shot just outside the box that went off a Daemen defender and into the net to give the Mavericks a 3-2 win in the 95th minute of action.
Mercy held a 23-7 edge in shots and an 8-1 advantage in corner kicks.
