Vs. Pace – The Setters earned a 70-39 victory over the Mavericks on February 25, 1997.

Scouting the Mavericks
Mercy enters the 2019-20 season picked seventh in the ECC Preseason Poll. The Mavericks will look to make their first ECC Tournament appearance since 2008-09 and will be led by junior Amber Brown who was named Second Team All-ECC and First Team All-Met after averaging a team-high 17.4 points per game with 6.5 rebounds per game. Sophomore Taysha Bender also returns after posting 10.9 points per game last season. Senior Destinee Hall will return after recording 7.9 points and 5.6 rebounds per game. Second-Year Head Coach Scott Lagas also brings in a strong seven-member recruiting class that will look to get Mercy back to the ECC Tournament.
Scouting the Setters
Pace is coming off a 10-win season last year and just missed out on qualifying for the Northeast-10 Conference Tournament. The Setters are picked to finish sixth in the NE10 Southwest Division and return Lauren Schetter who averaged a team-high 14.1 points per game with 5.7 rebounds per game last season. Jackie DelliSanti also returns after ranking second on the team with 12.0 points per game, while averaging a team-high 7.6 rebounds per game.
Scouting the Panthers
Adelphi qualified for the NE10 Tournament last year and fell to Saint Anselm in the Quarterfinals. The Panthers are picked to finish second in the NE10 Southwest Division. Leading the returners for Adelphi is Leonie Edringer who ranked second on the team with 14.9 points per game last season with a team-high 9.2 rebounds per game. Also returning is Fallyn Stephens who was third on the team a year ago with 8.9 points per game and made 59 three pointers at a 34.1 percent clip.
