DOBBS FERRY, N.Y. (June 15, 2022) – The Mercy College Athletic Department continued to excel in the classroom during the spring 2022 semester, ending the semester with a 3.24 cumulative GPA.

It marked the 17th straight semester that the department posted above a 3.0 cumulative GPA. Eight team posted above a 3.0 GPA. The success in the classroom translated to 140 student-athletes recording a 3.25 GPA or higher during the spring semester and 23 student-athletes recording a perfect 4.0 GPA during the semester. Currently 138 student-athletes have above a 3.25 cumulative GPA.

The women's basketball team recorded the highest GPA for spring 2022, checking in at 3.59. The men's soccer team had the highest GPA out of male teams with a 3.58 GPA.
