Dominican built a 4-3 lead in set two before the Mavericks rallied with four consecutive points to take a 7-4 lead after a Rivera Rodriguez and Rodriguez Fuentes block. Mercy later held a 12-9 lead before the Mavericks ensued with a 7-2 spurt to take a 19-11 lead after a Bieniek block.
