DOBBS FERRY, N.Y. (June 17, 2025) – Mercy University field hockey junior Rebecca McClure (Canastota, N.Y./Pace University) and sophomore Madison Preston (Brookfield, Conn./Brookfield) have been named to the College Sports Communicators (CSC) Division II At-Large Academic All-District Team.

McClure is named All-District for the first time with a 3.71 GPA. The junior earned the department's Neil Judge Scholar-Athlete of the Year award for having the highest GPA of all junior female student-athletes. The goalie was named NE10 Goalie of the Week twice and started 13 games. She went 5-8 in goal with 81 saves, a .757 save percentage and 2.22 goals-against average in 701:47 minutes.

Preston receives All-District honors for the first time and has a perfect 4.0 GPA. The sophomore appeared in 17 games making 15 starts and had four goals, four assists and 12 points. She was second on the team in points and goals and tied for the team lead in assists.
