COLONIA, N.J. – Mercy University Men's Lacrosse senior Devon Duchnowski (Miller Place, N.Y./Miller Place), junior Cameron Dorfman (West Islip, N.Y./West Islip) and sophomores Cole Hunsberger (Waterloo, Ontario/Grand River Collegiate Institute), Nicholas Filocamo (Levittown, N.Y./Island Trees) and Liam Neimeth (Farmingville, N.Y./Belmont Abbey College) have been named to the East Coast Conference (ECC) Men's Lacrosse Honor Roll for Week Seven.
Duchnowski had two goals, an assist and two ground balls in Mercy's 11-8 loss at two-time defending National Champion #1 Adelphi on Wednesday.
Dorfman made 13 saves with three ground balls and a caused turnover in Mercy's 11-8 loss at two-time defending National Champion #1 Adelphi on Wednesday.
Hunsberger had a game-high-tying four points on two goals and two assists to go with two ground balls and one caused turnover in Mercy's 11-8 loss at two-time defending National Champion #1 Adelphi on Wednesday.
Filocamo had a game-high three caused turnovers with three ground balls in Mercy's 11-8 loss at two-time defending National Champion #1 Adelphi on Wednesday.
Neimeth had a team-high five ground balls with two caused turnovers and an assist in Mercy's 11-8 loss at two-time defending National Champion #1 Adelphi on Wednesday.
The award is the first for Duchnowski, Filocamo and Neimeth this season, the third for Dorfman and the fourth for Hunsberger. Mercy has now earned 19 awards on the year.
Head Coach Ryan MacSpadyen and the Mavericks resume action on Saturday when they play at Roberts Wesleyan at 12 p.m.
