COLONIA, N.J. – Mercy University Men's Lacrosse seniors Matthew Magyar (Floral Park, N.Y./Wingate University) and Peter Murphy (Port Jefferson, N.Y./Port Jefferson) have been named to the East Coast Conference (ECC) Men's Lacrosse Honor Roll for Week Four.

Magyar had a game-high five goals with one ground ball in Mercy's 20-2 win over Caldwell on Saturday.

Murphy made eight saves in 30 minutes of action with just two goals allowed, three caused turnovers and three ground balls in Mercy's 20-2 win over Caldwell on Saturday.

The award is the second for Magyar this season and the first for Murphy. Mercy has now earned 10 awards on the year.

Head Coach Ryan MacSpadyen and the Mavericks resume action on Saturday, March 14th when they play at Frostburg State at 1 p.m.
