Mercy University Athletics

2015: Appeared in 30 games making 20 starts… Hit .125 with eight hits, nine runs scored and two RBI… Stole seven bases… Finished with a double and a triple… Went 1-for-3 with two RBI and a run scored in Mercy’s win at Bridgeport on April 6th.

2014: Appeared in six games off the bench at the plate... Hit .200 in five at-bats and had one stolen base on the season... Also appeared in 8 games as a reliever, compiling a 5.79 ERA in 9 1/3 innings of work... Finished with two strikeouts and allowed 11 hits.  

Prior to Mercy: Transfer from Orange County Community College in Middletown, N.Y....Three Sport High School Athlete in Baseball, Track, and Bowling at Lehman High in the Bronx...Captain Baseball & Bowling... Two Time Coaches Award. Baseball...Bronx Divison Champion & City Finalist Baseball...Played on Hudson Valley Hurricanes.

Personal: Born in Bronx, N.Y....Son of Victor and Margaret Echevarria... Has two brothers, Stephen (33) and Nehemiah (30), and one sister AnnMarie (36)...Majoring in Criminal Justice.
