2015-16: Appeared in 18 games and started in one for the season…Averaged 11.7 minutes per game with a total of 211…Averaged 4.1 points per game and scored a total of 74 points…Averaged 3.0 rebounds per game with a total of 54 for the season. Dished out six assists, recorded six steals, and had three blocks…Had his best game of the season on Nov. 21 when he scored 17 points, going 3-for-4 from the charity stripe. He also grabbed nine rebounds, dished out one assist, and had one block. 

2014-15: Named to ECC Weekly Honor Roll on Jan. 5...Appeared in 25 games, making 22 starts... Averaged 11.0 points and 4.4 rebounds per game in 26.2 minutes... Ranked second on team with 275 points... Finished second on team with 46.5 percent (112-of-241) field goal percentage...Placed second with 109 rebounds... Had 12 games with 10 or more points and two games with 20 or more points... Led team in scoring five times and blocks nine times... Scored a season-high 33 points on 13-of-23 shooting in the Mavericks double overtime game against NYIT on Feb. 14... Tallied 24 points on 10-of-15 shooting against Roberts Wesleyan on Feb. 16... Secured season-high nine rebounds versus Molloy on Feb. 4.

Prior to Mercy: Transferred from Mohawk Valley CC... Attended Wadleigh High School... All-Region, All-Conference, All-Tournament and MVCC MVP in both 2012-13 and 2013-14 seasons at Mohawk Valley... 1,000 point scorer at Mohawk Valley... In high school was Manhattan All-City First Team selection and PSAL Best Rebounder in 2010-11 season.

Personal: Born in Harlem, N.Y... Son of Ramona and Morgan Martinez... Has two brothers, Samuel (9) and Victor (27)... Majoring in Criminal Justice.
