Torres played a key role in the Mavericks making their third trip to the Sweet 16 of the NCAA Tournament, going 4-1 in goal with 19 saves, a .905 save percentage, 0.39 goals-against average and three shutouts. Torres was named ECC Defensive Player of the Week once during the month and was named Second Team All-ECC. The senior opened the month with two saves to earn the win over D’Youville on November 6th. Torres then made one save to post her first shutout of the month in Mercy’s 2-0 win over Daemen in the ECC Championship Semifinals. The goalkeeper made four saves with just one goal allowed in the ECC Championship Final against Molloy on November 14th. Torres stepped up in the two biggest games of the month, finishing with six saves and no goals allowed in each of the Mavericks NCAA Tournament First and Second Round wins over Southern N.H. and Molloy to conclude the month.
