Scouting the Mavericks

Mercy enters Monday's games having won nine of their last ten games and are led by senior Skania Lemus who is batting .393 (No. 5 in the ECC) with 36 RBI (No. 2 in the ECC) and nine home runs (No. 3 in ECC). Senior Allie Pellizzaro is hitting .391 with 15 RBI, three home runs and 17 runs scored and junior Mikayla Newham is batting .382 with 16 RBI and a team-high 37 runs scored. Freshman Hannah Mueller is hitting .357 on the year and batted .500 during the last week and has 16 RBI on the year. Senior Baylee McCormick has four home runs over the course of the last week and is now hitting .346 on the year with 13 RBI. The pitching staff is led by junior Yazzy Jameson who has a 3.46 ERA and a team-high 64 strikeouts in 93.0 innings with nine wins. Junior Raina Gorman has a 3.25 ERA and 9-3 record in 79.2 innings.

Scouting the Eagles

Post enters Monday's games having won two of their last three games and currently sit at 15-7 in CACC play. The Eagles are led by Emily Schaffer who is batting .431 (No. 3 in CACC) with 33 RBI (No. 3 in CACC) and six home runs. The senior also has 34 runs scored and a team-high 14 doubles. Demi Rivera is hitting .351 with 27 RBI, four home runs and 23 runs. The pitching staff is led by Leslie Denis who has a team-high seven wins with a 5.02 ERA in 60.0 innings. Bridget Betley has a 3-3 record with a 4.49 ERA in 57.2 innings.
