Scouting the Mavericks
Mercy is coming off a split against Molloy on Saturday and is led by sophomore Hannah Mueller who is batting a team-high .493 with 16 RBI and 22 runs scored. Senior Kaylee Stevens is batting .433 with a team-high 19 RBI and five doubles in 67 at bats. Junior Erica Handegard is hitting .339 with 11 RBI and a team-high three home runs with 16 runs in 56 at bats. Senior Mikayla Newham has a team-high-tying 22 runs scored and is hitting .333 with five stolen bases. Senior Raina Gorman leads the pitching staff with a 2.94 ERA and is 3-3 with 21 strikeouts in 35.2 innings. Freshman Katelyn Shephard has a team-high five wins and has a 3.90 ERA in 32.1 innings with 29 strikeouts.
Scouting the Bears
NYIT will play a single game at St. Thomas Aquinas on Monday before hosting the Mavericks on Tuesday. The Bears are led at the plate by Mary Tom who has a team-high .379 average with five RBI and three runs scored. Sydney Kratzert is hitting .367 with ten RBI and a team-high ten runs scored in 49 at bats. Lizul Portugal has a team-high 12 RBI and three home runs and is batting .271 on the year. The pitching staff is led by Jessica Budrewicz who has a 4.28 ERA and 2-3 record in 36.0 innings with 13 strikeouts. Emily Koerick is 3-6 with a 4.33 ERA in 43.2 innings with 18 strikeouts.
Scouting the Knights
Queens will face LIU Post in a doubleheader on Monday before traveling to Dobbs Ferry on Thursday. The Knights are led by Noelle Bryggman who is batting a team-high .341 with a team-high seven RBI and eight runs scored. Sharina Nazario is hitting .294 with six RBI, a home run and five runs scored in 34 at bats. The pitching staff is led by Emma Wimmer who has a team-best 5.21 ERA and 2-4 record in 40.1 innings with 16 strikeouts. Allie Stanya is 0-7 with a 6.93 ERA in 33.1 innings pitched with 17 strikeouts.

Bridgeport will take on Molloy, Holy Family and LIU Post before hosting the Mavericks on Saturday. The Purple Knights have been led at the plate by Samantha Sabor who is batting .429 with a team-high 26 RBI in 63 at bats. Allison Luzzi is batting .412 with 16 RBI and a team-high-tying three home runs with 22 runs scored. Jenna DiLorenzo is batting .310 with 17 RBI and a team-high-tying three home runs in 42 at bats. The pitching staff is led by Amanda Staheli who is 8-1 with a 1.55 ERA in 54.1 innings with 47 strikeouts. Ashley Eisnor has a 4-1 record with a 2.62 ERA and 38 strikeouts in 42.2 innings.
