Quick Bio
Kirkland, a Springdale, Maryland native, is in his sophomore year at Mercy, where he majors in Cybersecurity. He averaged 7.8 points per game in 25 games last season and was named ECC Rookie of the Week once.

Q: Who or what inspired you to play sports?
A: My mother played college ball at Seton Hall.
Q: What is your favorite sport memory at Mercy College?
A: Winning freshman of the week. Â

A: 3.9 GPA

A: Always say a prayer.

A: Chipotle

Q: What is your major and what do you want to do with it?
A: Cybersecurity, either work in the government or start my own firm.

A: Start my own AAU boys basketball team and build a foundation towards computer coding and hacking.
