WEST BABYLON, N.Y. (Feb. 21, 2022) – Mercy College men's basketball junior Garrett Kirkland (Springdale, Md./Bishop McNamara) has been named to the East Coast Conference (ECC) Men's Basketball Honor Roll for Week 14.

Kirkland averaged a team-high 25.0 points per game on 45 percent shooting with 11 threes and 3.5 rebounds per game in two games. The junior opened the week with a career-high and game-high 41 points on 15-of-26 shooting overall and 8-of-16 shooting from downtown. Kirkland ended the week with nine points and four rebounds at No. 24 Daemen on Sunday.

The award is the fifth earned by Kirkland this season and the Mavericks have now earned 11 awards on the year.
