COLONIA, N.J. (Dec. 2, 2024) – Mercy University men's basketball freshman Nathan Robertson (Boston, Mass./The Winchendon School) has been named the East Coast Conference (ECC) Men's Basketball Rookie of the Week for Week Four and sophomore Shedrach Makanjuola (Boston, Mass./Quincy College) has been tabbed to the Honor Roll.

Robertson dropped 14 points with a game-high eight assists to go with six rebounds at Bloomfield on Tuesday.

Makanjuola had 14 points on 6-of-9 shooting with five rebounds at Bloomfield on Tuesday.

The award is the first for Robertson this season and the second for Makanjuola. Mercy has now earned five awards on the year.

Head Coach Chris Watts and the Mavericks resume action tomorrow when they host Chestnut Hill at 7 p.m.
