WEST BABYLON, N.Y. (Feb. 5, 2024) – Mercy University men's basketball senior Alex May (Englewood, N.J./St. Francis College (Brooklyn) has been named to the East Coast Conference (ECC) Men's Basketball Honor Roll for Week 12.

May averaged a team-high 18.0 points and 10.5 rebounds per game in two games this week. The senior opened the week with 15 points and 12 rebounds for his first career double-double at Queens on Wednesday. The guard ended the week with a team-high 21 points and nine rebounds with three assists against Molloy on Saturday.

The award is the third earned by May this season and the Mavericks have now earned nine awards on the year.

Head Coach Chris Watts and the Mavericks resume action on Friday, February 9th when they host Roberts Wesleyan at 7 p.m.
