DOBBS FERRY, N.Y. (Mar. 18, 2024) – The Mercy University women's lacrosse team has been ranked No. 23 nationally in the ILWomen/IWLCA Division II Top 25 Poll.
The Mavericks slide down six spots in the poll after going 0-1 last week with a 10-6 loss at Bloomsburg on Saturday. Mercy was led by graduate student Sydney Corley who had a game-high four points and by junior Lindsey Shimborske who had a game-high six caused turnovers. The Mavericks are the lone ECC school in the poll.
Head Coach Dawn Sachs and the Mavericks resume action on Wednesday, March 20th when they play at No. 22 Assumption at 4 p.m.
