DOBBS FERRY, N.Y. (Mar. 4, 2024) – The Mercy University women's lacrosse team has been ranked No. 17 nationally in the ILWomen/IWLCA Division II Top 25 Poll.

The Mavericks slide down one spot in the ILWomen/IWLCA poll after going 1-1 last week with a win over No. 14 New Haven and a loss to No. 18 Bentley. Mercy was led by junior Leah Hansen who had a team-high 10 goals and by junior Lindsey Shimborske who had a team-high eight caused turnovers and 10 ground balls.

Head Coach Dawn Sachs and the Mavericks resume action on Thursday, March 7th when they host Tampa at 2 p.m.
