COLONIA, N.J. (Jan. 13, 2025) – Mercy University men's basketball freshman Ethan Robertson (Boston, Mass./The Winchendon School) has been named the East Coast Conference (ECC) Men's Basketball Rookie of the Week for the third time and freshman Nathan Robertson (Boston, Mass./The Winchendon School) has been tabbed to the Honor Roll for Week Nine.

Ethan Robertson averaged a team-high 21.0 points per game and 8.0 rebounds per game as Mercy went 1-1 on the week. The Mercy freshman opened the week with a game-high-tying 22 points with eight rebounds in the Mavs loss to Staten Island on Wednesday. The forward ended the week with a game-high 20 points on 8-of-15 shooting with eight rebounds in Mercy's 71-70 win over UDC on Saturday.

Nathan Robertson averaged 12.0 points, 4.5 rebounds and a team-high 7.0 assists and 2.5 steals per game as Mercy went 1-1 on the week. The freshman opened the week with 11 points, five rebounds, eight assists and one steal against Staten Island on Wednesday. The guard ended the week with 13 points, four rebounds, six assists and four steals in the win over UDC on Saturday.

The award is the seventh for Ethan Robertson this season and the fifth for Nathan Robertson. Mercy has now earned 16 awards on the year.
