DOBBS FERRY, N.Y. – The Mercy University Men's Basketball Team has announced its 2025-26 regular season schedule. The Mavericks look to qualify for the ECC Championship for the second time in six seasons, entering the season with 12 home games.
Head Coach Charles Marquardt and the Mavericks open their 2025-26 season on Friday, November 14th when they face Holy Family at Jefferson University. Mercy concludes the season-opening weekend playing at Jefferson on November 15th.
The Mavericks return to Dobbs Ferry for their home opener on November 19th against Felician. Mercy then plays at Chestnut Hill on November 22nd before playing at Division I Bryant in an Exhibition on November 26th. The Mavericks conclude the month of November with a road game at East Stroudsburg on November 30th.
Marquardt and the Mavericks begin the month of December with their ECC opener at Staten Island on December 3rd. Mercy then hosts four straight home games against District of Columbia (Dec. 6), Adelphi (Dec. 9), Daemen (Dec. 12) and D'Youville (Dec. 14). The Mavericks end the 2025 portion of their schedule with road games at Goldey-Beacom (Dec. 18) and Franklin Pierce (Dec. 21).
Mercy opens the New Year with a home game against Southern Connecticut State on January 2nd. The Mavericks then play road games at Roberts Wesleyan (Jan. 11) and District of Columbia (Jan. 14) before hosting Staten Island (Jan. 17) and Queens (Jan. 21).
The Mavericks cap off the month of January with road games at Molloy (Jan. 24) and St. Thomas Aquinas (Jan. 31).
Marquardt and Mercy begin the month of February hosting Roberts Wesleyan on February 8th. The Mavericks then play road games at Daemen (Feb. 13), D'Youville (Feb. 15) and Queens (Feb. 18). Mercy ends the regular season with three straight home games against Molloy (Feb. 22), Caldwell (Feb. 25) and St. Thomas Aquinas (Feb. 28).
The First Round of the ECC Championship will take place on March 4th followed by the Semifinals on March 7th and the Final on March 8th. The higher seeds will host in the first round and the semifinals and final will be played at the highest seed.
